Big Bargain – Return & Refund Policy

At Big Bargain, we aim to provide a positive shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund, as outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Items may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Returns may not be accepted if items are damaged, altered, or missing parts.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom orders, intimate products, and other items specified as non-returnable in the product listing.

2. Initiating a Return

To start a return, please email support@bigbargain.co.za with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return

We will provide return instructions, including the address and any other relevant details.

3. Refund Process

  • Inspection: After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to verify its eligibility.
  • Approval & Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of return approval and will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • Partial Refunds: If items are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts due to customer error, a partial refund may be issued.

4. Exchanges

For items that arrive defective or damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bigbargain.co.za to arrange for an exchange or a replacement if eligible.

5. Return Shipping

  • Responsibility: Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.
  • Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Big Bargain is not responsible for items lost in transit.
